This is a book of poetry. Basically my emotions unleashed through words. That is how I see poetry. Sometimes what we think about and processes in our head is to much. Writing it all out helps me let go of the mess in my head. A collection of the things I can't seem to say. The things that plague us at 2am, a bitter goodbye, a loving hello, lost friendships and identities. I'm just a recovering addict trying to navigate the minefield that is reality.
