Izuku Midoriya was always told he was worthless. A boy without a Quirk, without a future, without a place to belong.
But someone saw value in him.
Not as a hero. Not as a person. But as something to be owned, shaped, and broken.
Pain became familiar. Fear became routine. The world outside blurred into something distant, something that no longer felt real.
But then-he was taken back.
Not freed. Not truly. Because the body heals, but the mind does not forget so easily. Because even in safety, the echoes of hands that once held him down still linger. Because how do you return to a world that left you behind?
Yet, in the midst of it all, hands reach for him. A family not by blood, but by choice. People who do not expect him to heal overnight-only to keep breathing, keep going, keep living.
And maybe, just maybe, that will be enough.

Falling (Depressed Deku Fanfic) (COMPLETE)
Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. He needs someone so badly. But what if there isn't anybody to help Midoriya? How will Midoriya cope when someone close to him dies right in his arms? Warning!
