We Were Never Alone

A twenty-eight year old man has been found underneath a bridge with his intestines sliced open and his face hacked off. A barrister has the peculiar task of prosecuting the dead man's fiancée - who swears that it wasn't her.

The case files cause a rift between the barrister and his co-workers. What he doesn't know is that he will be confronting something he never thought he would face, something breaking every law, written and physical.
