They were complete opposites.

Jun-Tae was a good kid. Mixed up with some bad people, yes, but still good, nonetheless. He had perfect school grades. Stayed out of trouble (by not going to a teacher). He's never even landed his fist on someone else's face.

Areum on the other hand. She's either gotten unaccepted or kicked out at all her other schools. Her grades were so bad it was a surprise she hasn't gotten held back.... yet. She's lost count of the number of times she's made someone else bleed and then got in trouble for it after.

They were opposites but both desperately needed each other. Areum needed her grades back up and to graduate and Jun-Tae needed her help with a certain bully.
