My poorly patched up heart had been broken and crushed again. They said the second time wouldn’t hurt as much. But it was a lie. It was all a lie. Because if anything, it hurts much, much worse. Even if it was pretend. ✯✯~✯✯~✯✯~✯✯~✯✯~✯✯~✯✯ Macy Morgan had a close to perfect life. Stellar boyfriend, enviable looks, and a solid group of friends. But the key word here being, 'had' - meaning three years ago. After a bad break up shook up her world, Macy manages to move on - or so she thought. The unexpected reappearance of an ex from the past, and the realization that her best friend was in a "special" relationship with him causes Macy to think whether history can repeat itself. Maybe, just maybe, what's lost isn't gone forever.

She was the one that went through a serious glow-up before senior year of high school. He was one of the hottest boys in the rival school. Ella had it good, at least she thought so most of the times. But what happens when she's dragged into the drama of a boy she has never even met before that one fateful night? Somehow their lives get all tangled up and no matter how much they try, they always seem to end up staring into each other's eyes. Faith seems to play with their lives in cruel ways, tearing and breaking. Trust no one, believe nothing. Don't think you're safe for one second. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger they say. Well, that might not be the case for everyone.
