In the world we know, there is The Society. The Society, dealing in the affairs of the elves, pixies, vampires, and other creatures of legend, contains the Trackers, the police of The Society. Follow the story of Kimberly, a young college student from California as she navigates the strange world of college in a small Kansas university. Her roommate, Paula, is a Tracker in the society, trying to balance the normal life she craves with the life of the Tracker that she is. Soon, Kimberly unwittingly falls into the world that Paula tried desperately to hide, and it's up to her to protect Kimberly from the forces that seek to take her.
But is Paula as safe as she thinks?
For while she thinks that the monster is only out to take Kimberly, his real goal isn't to kill Kimberly.
It's to kill her.
