In a world where supernatural creatures lurk in the shadows, Lyra finds herself thrust into a twisted connection with the cunning vampire Ophias. As they navigate a tangled web of manipulation, deceit, and unexpected feelings, the boundary between predator and prey blurs. Lyra Lepodeen was the causal workaholic,as if grinding through her project at night wasn't bad enough for her already crappy sleep schedule for a project she had to submit by tomorrow. That is until.... She picked up her phone and saw that it was a warning from the local government, advising all citizens to stay indoors and prepare for a 24-hour lockdown. The warning was clear - stock up on food and water, barricade doors and windows, and make sure to arm yourself. Lyra began to see reports and posts about these strange humanoid creatures all over the news in social media, "What in the vampire diaries? Wait, am I in an apocalpse?" But instead of fear, Lyra was delighted yes no more wasting half her life working for that stupid government,an getting to live rent free what more could she have asked, minus the fact there is a certain vampire named Ophias who's been stalking her and grew quite intrigued by her, observing her awkwardly revealing thin shirt and shorts, fasciantingly watching Lyra eating pizza, her midnight snack.Mind you this is the same man who was trying to kill and suck her dry (draining he blood that is) not too long ago. She just hoped not to die on the first day of the apocalspe that'd be so lame. But with the way things are heading with the current events for better or for worse what are the odds? Will Lyra persevere with her cabilities, or will she finnaly go insane?

#3 in Lycans!! "Charles Alexander Cardona, tried for treason and the attempted assassination of Lord William Huckabee, we the lycans of your kingdom ask you King Adrian Maxwell for your judgement." The moment his presence entered the throne room I knew it was him over 2,000 years alive, and I'm finally graced with the presence of my mate, my soul, my everything. He is hunched over and held down by two guards, even then I can make out his muscular build and sculpted back. He doesn't recognize our bond since he is so young (about 250 years at most). I raise my hand to the height of my shoulder and place it on the armrest palm up to the throne that, my husband, The King of Lycans resides seeking his permission to voice my opinion and to save my mates life. He gently brushes his fingers over my palm to grant permission. I lean towards his ear, and give him my suggestion for punishment. The only way to keep him safe and under my watch. The king looks to me with a flicker of shock that quickly disappears before others can recognize it. With his booming voice he speaks, "I, King Adrian Maxwell, hereby sentence you, Charles Alexander Cardona to a lifetime of servitude to Queen Raina Louisa Maxwell." At least I believed it would keep him safe.
