In the Empire of [Insert Name], a party for the [Insert Number] [Prince or Princess?] is being held and all of the high ranking and notable nobles have been invited by the Emperor to attend. This meant that it would be the first time in a long time that the infamous Count Vlad Dracula [Tepes?] appeared in public and many were preparing themselves for his arrival. 

Nobles of all sorts of different factions were coming up with schemes to bring the Count to their side or push him away from another side. No one new what to expect from this.....
