The Balkans always seemed like the chaotic region everyone imagined it as, fighting over territory and politics. Even when things went wrong, they didn't seem to cooperate.
Even Serbia's siblings hated him, well, except for Montenegro, they had decent relations. Nothing ever seemed right in his life after Yugoslavia collapsed, the west hated him for siding with the "communists", and the world either hated him or felt distant, like he was becoming invisible.
He felt like he was falling apart, the old previous self of his being overshadowed by the problems and stress, but he quietly pushed on, trying to figure out what was going on. If his mind was playing tricks on him of if what he was seeing was reality.
Yet, as Serbia is pulled into the chaos once more, receding power, and its back tracking consequences. He was now finding himself in more problems than he had ever imagined.

Part I - Dystopia Dystopia(noun) - an imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that is totalitarian or post-apocalyptic. When young Russia learned that word, he laughed. Wasn't that the way things were all the time? Didn't the strong, power-hungry countries with the authority start arguments and break laws, making life miserable and intolerable for the weak? Russia was content with living in a world full of disagreements as long as he was safe, but when a massive war started by a certain superpower shattered his life into millions of pieces, his point of view was not quite the same as before. As unstable alliances are reconstructed, as narratives are revealed, and as uncertain realization hits, Russia gets the feeling that this certain superpower may not be so far away from him, and maybe, just maybe, that superpower may be the key to returning to the world before the war. - Please note that this Wattpad piece was made for entertainement purposes only! Ok description time. 4 children are murdered (wow totally a great start) inside of pizzeria meant for young countries to go while their parents, and other older countries went to a meeting with UN.(When they got of age they would start going to the meetings).Creepy animatronics and all.Taiwan worked there and was in charge of the animatronics ; they had blank faces.They lost the plain white in their face and painted on the flags of the children he hated the most ; they just annoyed him.A LOT.That it ran him to the point of murder. Kids Taiwan hated for no fuccing reason --------------------- Poland Mexico Russia America Taiwan's excuses for murder --------------- It was horrible being around them -Poland always asked him if was having a good day ... everyday, it was sickening. -Mexico just had an unreasonable amount of energy. I swear to Pangea he is from somewhere else. -And Russia and America obviously had feelings for each other.Disgusting.They knew their dads would kill them if they found.America was always holding on to Russia's arm clinging close. Cover art is by me! Do not steal! A realm where countryhumans exist, rivals, coalitions, and relationships toss this story of them through tons of unexpected ups and downs. But for now, you'll be following the story of everyone's favorite North American, Canada. After his father made some horrible mistakes while he was a child it puts a wedge in the family that only those two know about. But as he grows older the effects of The Asylum (a place of suffering for Countryhumans after death) take a toll on how he treats others. And after countries get revived from the Asylum by a mysterious cure the majority of the time they gain a physical feature such as wings, or maybe another animal characteristic. On rare cases, there can be magical abilities gained that outweigh any sort of supernatural physicality. But Canada wasn't too lucky, and just got a pair of large wings. To hide the past from other countries, Britain does everything he can to keep the knowledge of them away from everyone, even if it causes loads of pain on his son's body. In this story each countryhuman has a stone with their flag on it. It's one of the most precious things to them because of their stone get damaged or put in the wrong hands bad things can happen. If another country gets a hold of it, the countryhuman that the stone originally belonged to gets chainlocked. Meaning that the country who got their stone has complete control of them, and to show it physically a thick metal bracelet is placed around one of their wrists. ⚠️Also no warnings on ships, so be prepared for anything. This is my first story ever so please do not judge 😅 and sorry if is not that good The other countries have always believed America was always a happy, cheerful , annoying country, that isn't responsible enough to do any. But what they don't know about him is that he has 50+ kids to take care of. America acts as if he was always ok and acts as if nothings was wrong. One day America woke up, and saw that his colors of the flag on him were fading into darker colors. While his eyes were turning black. Of course America couldn't let the other countries see him like this, so he covered his flag up with some face paint that he found and just put on his usual sunglasses to cover his eyes. Besides that, his states have been more energetic then ever, things have been going quite crazy with them around the house... But during all these crazy events, not only have things been getting wild, something quite unusual happens.. But what will happen when a certain country finds out that America's flag is turning to darker colors and his eyes are fading to black? What will happen if they find out that America has children?
