The Dropouts are a group of teenage girls that dropped out of high school, not graduating like the others in their class.

Scraps is seen as the leader of them, throwing parties to forget about her and their torturous life.

Then there's the Populars, a group of four friends that were well known during high school, all being apart of the AP classes.

Dandy, being the son of the principal, mister Arthur.

After graduation, these groups all began to drift apart from their childish high school years, and now have to face the trouble of adulthood.
