Strawberry Crepe Cookie and Espresso Cookie are hired by a police department to catch a villain many police stations on Earthbread have been looking for and is well known; Noir Frosting Cookie. They were hired due to both of them being familiar with magicanical engineering, a skill that Noir Frosting Cookie has. Police stations across different Kingdoms (not all of Earthbread, actually) have been trying to find cookies with the skills Noir Frosting Cookie has had, but couldn't until now. Will the newbie duo be able to capture this villain from his schemes? Find out!
