Unfortunately during a party, Elena shows up with a new guy and Damon feels terrible...he gets frustrated and Elena starts to notice something is off with him. She asks what's wrong and after a few attempts, Damon snaps and tells her that he loves her. Elena is confused and scared, she tells him that what he feels is wrong and that she can't leave Liam. Damon then decides that he wants nothing to do with her and they're no longer friends.

But deep down, Elena feels the same way. She wants a love that can make her feel passion and she only wants it with Damon.

This story is a coming of age story full of love and passion and also how life can get in the way of everything. But also of regret and sadness.

But one thing on everyone's minds is can there friendship survive and turn into something more or is there friendship gone forever cause distance is awful for Elena, she misses Damon deeply, she can't stand the idea to see him with other girls and that's when she realizes something that she should have thought of a long time.
