In a world divided between Littles, Caregivers, and regular people, secrets are currency-and no one knows that better than Natasha Romanoff. Set in the heart of the Justice Building, better known as the Hero's Compound, this Marvel fanfiction explores the quiet, deep-rooted truth Natasha has spent years trying to hide. Surrounded by sharp-eyed allies like the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, the Thunderbolts, and a few perceptive mutants, Natasha's carefully constructed walls are beginning to crack. She's spent a lifetime pushing people away, mastering the art of isolation. But as those around her begin to notice the signs she can't fully conceal, the question becomes harder to ignore: Can she resist the gentle care of someone who truly sees her-and wants to help? roes, maybe healing has a chance.

Natasha Romanoff has been described as many things: a killer, cold, heartless, emotionally unavailable. And she is. But she was not always like that. She has a daughter, or had one. One that died during birth. Or at least that's what she was told. Because of that, she became all of those things. But her world is turned upside down when she finds out that not only is her daughter alive, but she grew up in the Red Room. She will do anything to have her daughter back with her. Will she find her daughter? Will her daughter know who she is and accept her? What will her daughter be like having grown up in the place that teaches their students to hate people like Natasha? "She was the secret her mother lost, and the truth she must now become." Some ages will be altered to fit the storyline better. The writing will get better as the story progresses, I promise! Potential triggers: -Fighting/violence -trauma -eating disorder -self-harm
