In a city wired into everyone's minds, silence is extinct-and privacy? A myth. Juno, an eighteen-year-old tech-savant with too much attitude and not enough caution, is digging into something he shouldn't: the truth.

He's not a hacker. Not really. Just a guy who got fed up with being watched, tracked, and told what to think. But when he trips a sensor buried deep in the government's neural net, it puts him on the radar of a real cop - older, sharper, and not nearly as clean as he looks.

Silas should've arrested him. Instead, he followed him.

Now they're both in it - neck-deep in a conspiracy built on mind control, surveillance, and secrets the government would kill to protect. And the deeper they dig, the harder it gets to tell who's lying, who's using who, and whether either of them will make it out alive.

The city hears everything.
But not everything wants to be heard
