Colton Thomas is the first and only openly queer player in the League and he is far from being considered a role model. Unapologetically brash and strapped with a hair-trigger temper, some days it feels like he's only made it this far off his best friend Olli's golden boy reputation. But when Olli is traded to another team in return for Colton's biggest rival, Kyle Bargelletti, Colton's confidence and reputation take a hit. And his temper? It was as if Kyle's only objective was to see him lose his cool. And if that wasn't bad enough, his coaches insist that Kyle move in with him. His queerness has been under wraps for a number of reasons, and on the doorstep of turning 30, he has regrets about how little he's allowed himself to live. But after almost being outed by his last team, Kyle was so close to hiding himself away again. That was, until Colton proposes a deal of sorts. Sex. For Colton, an outlet. For Kyle, an exploration.
