In a world where magic and fantastical creatures reign, two communities (Hydraqueró and Electrofulgapí) exist side by side.  Separate but unequal.  Hydraqueró's citizens (hydrokinetics) are richer and have an easier time living.   Electrofulgapí is like a modern "other side of the tracks" kind of town.  Its citizens (electrokinetics) make do with what they have, though it isn't much.

One day, the mayor of Hydraqueró decides that all of the electrokinetic students should be integrated into the hydrokinetic school.  Two students, Raiden Indra and Maris Morgan meet after having visions of each other.  They start to fall for each other, despite their friends each warning them about the dangers of the other.  They try to navigate their feelings for each other while also trying to work around the challenges of their towns' biases and fears.All Rights Reserved
