Keeping up with the Takashiro

Y/N, a Black woman fluent in Japanese and English, is married to Rin Takashiro, a retired Yakuza boss turned successful restaurant owner. Together, they navigate the stormy seas of family life under the constant gaze of a camera crew in a reality show-style format.

Raising their 10-year-old twin boys-Kaito and Kazu-with very different personalities (Kazu lives with Gastroparesis and uses a feeding tube), a one-year-old son Daiki with fetal growth restriction, and expecting a baby girl in five months, their lives are anything but ordinary.
