How Dark Sonic could've worked in Sonic Prime Season 3
This story is going to show all of what I wanted to see in Sonic Prime Season 3, but we didn't get since Dark Sonic still isn't here. As usual... As well, with some stuff for how my dream went for when Sonic and Shadow fixed everything. With updates to this, I have finally wrapped this up. The first three parts to this, aren't canon to my timeline. They were old predictions of when I was trying to figure out what was going to happen in Season 3. But honestly, what was given was great. Plot: After Nine's betrayal and Shadow lashing out at Sonic, the blue blur loses his sanity and lets all hell break loose. And the growing darkness deep inside that's been buried for a while reawakens... known as Dark Sonic. Can Sonic keep his sanity together long enough to finish off his former friend turned traitor and get his real friends and home back? Amy's health struggle
After a series of intense battles, Amy begins to quietly suffer the effects of burnout, stress, and overexertion mentally and physically. Her usual spark starts to dim as she secretly pushes herself too hard, eating less, sleeping less, and distancing herself from her friends. Though she insists she's fine, her declining health becomes impossible to hide. The team begins to worry especially Sonic, who notices every crack she tries to cover. Shades of Sonic (DISCONTINUED)
How did Sonic end up here? A cramped headspace, about maybe twelve forms with gods and parasites targeting all of them, and a family he never asked for but if given the chance wouldn't trade them for the world. Shall we rewind back to where he first became Super? That transformation- that... that first touch of his potential- it started everything. In a world where his "powerups" are sentient beings living inside his head, twelve forms came one at a time, first as voices in his head and uninvited annoying roommates, and then, as he made an effort to understand them and vice versa, he started seeing them as family. Follow Sonic's forms as they go throughout their adventures. In this story, Sonic's dignity becomes a reoccurring casualty, EXE and Fleetway become existential threats, and most of all, a found family is formed. None of them asked to be there, and Sonic never asked for them, but here they are- forming a family that cares for each other more than the members themselves like to admit. Expect bickering, arguments, trauma, upbringings, failures, chaos, and most of all, the unexpected. This is Sonic's head after all! What could possibly go wrong when you're inside this impulsive and reckless hero's body? Well...
