What would you do if one day you just fell and hurt your leg and had cancer? In this book Troy falls in the middle of playing laser tag and gets this huge bump on his leg it doesn't go away so they go to the doctor. The doctor says its cancer and he will have to have treatment to get back to normal. While at treatment, a teenage girl comes to visit from a room down the hall. She has cancer also. Troy and Hailey fall in love instantly. Will their love last or will they be separated by death?

I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest.
