Juniper Hayward, a wide-eyed freshman and aspiring author at the elite Yale University wanting nothing more than to prove she belongs attends a Delta Phi party and runs into Andrew, the handsome sophomore she's spent weeks eyeing in her World History class. Following a drunken make out, a miracle happens: Andrew texts June the next day, inviting her to his room alone. Elated, June goes and things seem to go well... until she wakes up in his room the next morning, with no memory of the night before.
Initially thinking nothing of the affair, June moves on, happy that she got to hook up with someone in her first year, and with a sophomore at that. But as time goes on, that night comes back to her in flashes, haunting her day and night. June knows something happened to her that night, but she doesn't know what... and she has no way to prove it. And that uncertainty threatens to eat her alive.
