This book is not an answer, nor is it a guide. It is an exploration-a mirror held up to the soul, asking us to embrace both our shadows and our light. For it is only in accepting the duality of our nature that we may come to understand ourselves fully.
May these words stir something within you, whether it be courage, reflection, or simply the solace of knowing that in our darkest moments, we are never truly alone.

Trapped in my own head
She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can. The poems are not in any order. Half Girl Poems
Growing up as a people pleaser, a vulnerable side grew inside of me, so I wrote Half Girl to unleash these feelings. I believe that, It is through darkness that we shine, this version of the book highlight a dark side "the vulnerable" one, when i had zero confidence and only leaned on others to get validation, when i didn't know where i belong.
