Summer and Harry were the couple you were jealous of. Since high school they have been inseperable. Now both 22, Summer has some important news that will tear them apart. She has a terminal heart problem and has weeks to live. After her death, Harry receives a note from Summer and attatched the list of things they said they wanted to do in their lives. Summer knows that Harry will want to commit himself to her after she dies and to keep him alive she asks Harry to only join her once he has completed that list and still feels its what he wants. She hopes he will meet someone else on his travels as she wants him to have the life she was denied.
Follow Harry as he embarks on the list and see how he deals with the loss of his soulmate. Is there a happy ending for atleast one of them?
