Emke Middleton, 17 years old with a so called heart of stone. Emke knows all too well how beautiful she is. How easily she can make boys fall at her feet and how easily she can manipulate girls into following her like puppies. Obviously she has her reasons. Everyone has reasons for being the way they are... But Emke would never even consider making her reasons known to the world or anyone for that matter. Her multi-billionaire parents are never around to spend time with their only daughter. To be completely honest they've never really been around. Since the age of 9, Emke's lived alone with her family's staff in her parents' mansion in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. But Emke's attitude is driving her parents and teachers insane. So the plan is formulated. Her parents reckon that a little bit of 'country style love' is just the thing she needs to soften her heart and give her the life she truly deserves. So off to the countryside she goes, where she meets hot cowboy, 19 year old Cameron Hurley. But what does Cameron do to make Emke realise that in reality she's just a damsel in distress that needs a knight in shining armour to love and protect her?
