Chimerical : merely imaginary; fanciful. ── .✦ ── .✦ ── .✦ ── .✦ ── .✦ A lot of people would think that a bunch of cards raining down from the sky would be considered bad luck or some kind of sign that the end of the world was near. For Maeve Miki, it was the best day of her life. After all, that's when Bakugan entered her life and she got her best friend in the world, a darkus wyvern she named sphira, yes it was a pun based off the fact that she was a sphere like 99% of the day, so what?, and a group of friends she thought that finally wouldn't piss her off into ghosting them. Spoilers... she did. But it was fine because she had the skills, an undeniable winning streak that put her within the top 10 brawlers across the globe, a perfect Bakugan partner, and no longer had to bite her tongue because Dan said something stupid but she couldn't say it out loud since that would make her "too mean" whatever that meant. But then... he showed up at her front door. And now that end of the world was actually a real possibility.
