Dragon's Lover {KiriBaku}
The world's war against dragons has been going on for generations, but no one knows why they fought. After years of fighting a new species emerged, shapeshifters. They were able to shift between a dragon and human form, making them impossible to find. Everyone referred to them as halflings, half dragon and half human. They were said to have wondrous abilities ranging from an armor like pelt to healing powers. These abilities made them prized creatures and wanted across all lands. Those that were discovered usually ended up as pets or fighters in arena's. After five years of their existence they all went into hiding, fearing what the humans did to those that had been captured. They were taught at a young age to never show what they could do to a human, as it would lead to being caught and possibly killed. There were small sanctuaries in each town, though they appeared to be normal hotels or orphanages. And this is when our story takes place.... [COMPLETE] You know that time in your life that feels so amazing you never want to let it go, at least, it feels that way after it's over? You never realized how much those memories no matter how small or seemingly insignificant seem until they're over, and all you have left are the fading memories of what once was, of the people who meant so much to you. It makes you think about life and the impact each moment and each person has on you, doesn't it? My name is London Urie and I want to tell you the story of my good old days, the ones that I wished I knew were the good old days before they were gone. I want to recount to you the best year of my life, relive the moments with favorite people, people that after that year seemed to grow apart, so that maybe I can relive those moments and go back so that maybe, just maybe, the memories won't fade completely. *This is an emo quartet high school AU. The main character will not form a romantic relationship with any of the band members, but will be closer to some then others. *The age differences are inaccurate. I had to change them for the sake of the story. *All credit for the cover picture goes to the artist who made it. I don't know who they are .I found it on google. *Contains strong languageComplete
The Heartstone Journey
This is the tale of a mysterious hero who has lost his way-a man wandering through distant lands filled with terrifying monsters, fractured kingdoms, and gods who play with the fate of mortals. Known only as Hunter, this veteran of the unknown leaves behind fragments of his life in the pages of a diary, a record of battles against divine entities, ancient dragons, and the very balance of the world itself. His name is whispered across empires, feared by enemies, and remembered by the broken. Why does he fight? For vengeance, for redemption, or for something far greater? No one truly knows. But one truth remains certain: whatever Hunter sets his eyes upon, he will pursue it, even if it means defying the gods themselves. [The story will undergo a drastic rewrite for the first 4 Books once the entire story has officially concluded to make it coherent and readable(lol). This is the cause of me writing this close to 10 years ago and not making many changes. As you progress through the story the writing will slowly improve. Apologies if this makes you unwilling to read this story.] Feel free to leave criticism where needed anyway. Enjoy :) NOTE: NONE OF THE ART IN THIS STORY BELONGS TO ME AND BELONGS TO THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS! (Except For The Maps!) THIS IS ONLY TO HELP VISUALIZE THE CHARACTERS AND THE WORLD WRITTEN!
