In 1998 Michigan, Lincoln Loud, the middle child of 11 kids being a single boy and 10 girls, seems to be connecting way more with his goth little sister, Lucy. Unexpectedly, Lucy gets feelings he knows is wrong to have for his big brother of all people, hoping Lucy doesn't get bigger feelings then she already does for him, Lincoln has to make sure their love is strictly sibling bond, rather than actual love, knowing the consequences of what could happen if their family thought they were truly in love. Especially since Lucy is very sensitive underneath her moody and black atmosphere.
