Kai Lunaire was supposed to be a quiet forensic science student. Supposed to be.
Instead, he burns labs, gives unhinged crime scene speeches, gets mistaken as a suspect more times than he solves cases (he always solves them though)-and drags half the university into chaos with him. The professors are exhausted, the students are traumatized, and the police? They've practically added him to their watchlist.
But things take a darker turn when a new professor from the US, Elijah, brings up a sealed criminal case-The Lunaire Mysterious Murder. A case that even Kai refuses to touch. A case involving his own family. A case the Malaysian Prime Minister covered up for years.
The university erupts. An emergency meeting is held. And Kai? Kai is done running.
