She cannot afford to be broken more than she already was. It took her having to leave behind everything she was used to and she ever was just to survive. She had to. Too many precious things in her life were at stake. She needed to get strong enough and bid her time to return home and avenge her life. The life that was cruelly taken from her.
She learned that trust is such a bitch. And she does not do well with bitches. So, she avoided anything or anyone that requires trust from her like a plague. She keeps to herself. She knew that even your shadow leaves you in the darkness.
