Zenless Zone Zero: Immortalized (Male Reader Fanfic)
Officials say he doesn't exist. Just a shared ether induced hallucination. But the stories, how they continue to pile up. How could he not be real? Whatever you believe, the stories have become a deeply ingrained part of New Eridu. Everyone's heard at least one person claimed to be saved by him. "You're asking about the Saint? Ah, it's a nice tale. Makes the children feel just a little safer when it comes to the Hollows. I doubt it's true... but we could always use a little more hope." -Kind Old Lady off the Street "Urgh! I don't get what everyone's obsession is with that story! He's not Real! Just a tall tale to make kids sleep a little sounder! If you ask me, they should be focusing on putting that faith into Section 6. They're the real ones going out and saving us!" -Agitated HSO Operative "OMG! Your asking about the Saint? I have just the person for you to talk to. SEN! GET OVER HERE GIRL AND!!! -Excited Sorority Girl "We have absolutely no data or proof that there has ever been or is currently, a Masked Vigilante running into Hollows, Illegally. I must add. To save civilians. No PubSec Officer has every come across any evidence or trace of this so called "hero" having been at any Hollow disasters." -Statement from office of Janus Quarters Captain, Justin Bringer "The Saint? He's my Hero. If he's there, there'll never be a reason to be scared of Hollows!" -Young Girl hugging handmade Saint Doll While it's currently still unknown if the Saint is truly real or not. It is important to not the vastness of New Eridu holds a net public opinion of him. Even ranking high enough in popularity to come close to the Fame of HSO's Section 6.
