Following his trial, Varian is sentenced to servitude in Ingvarr to pay for damages to Corona. Lieutenant Cassandra is supposed to escort him there, but Rapunzel wants her best friend on her journey.

To compromise, the Princess suggests taking Varian with them.

The cover art is made by yours truly, and was inspired by an album cover from my favorite music artist, Kiltro! Go check out their music- which also inspired the name of this story, haha. My personal favorite song in Underbelly (the album) is Errasuriz.

Also! I write everything in google docs, which is where I format everything for AO3 (this work is cross-posted to AO3). So if you spot any letters encased in angled brackets, I apologize, it's how I italicize words, strike them out, and format for AO3. I will do my best to edit them out for you.
