Saving my brain power for the actual content in this story, basically Steve Rogers (MCU) has a younger sister named Rose (I'm so sorry I know this name is really basic but it was really popular in the 20s when she was born) who fought in WWII with him and she and Bucky Barnes were engaged before he "died" and Steve and Rose were turned into ice cubes (derogatory).
Rose and Steve are now in modern times (2016) having issues with their superpowered roommates (The Avengers) and trying to get their PTSD ridden third member of the trio (Bucky) to remember that he cares about them.
I swear there's actually substance to this story I'm just so unserious please read it so I feel important

Always the third wheel among friends. She also seeks after her Soulmate, because without him the world is without colours. (No, literally. She can't see colours until she finds her soulmate) "They watch as she leaves. He has found her, his soulmate. And she is beautiful. He turns to Steve. "It's her", James says. "I can see colours", he continues. But Steve does not look happy. He looks worried. "What? Isn't that a good thing?", James asks a bit worried for the answer.
