Kieran is obsessed with the ML (who'll you will later find out his name)who is his enemy but the MC likes it?

Kieran is seen as an abnormal child and is a psychopath, though that's only what his parents think, others just seem to view him as a cold person who care little or has little to no understanding of others emotions.
The ML is the one who will strike a different kind of feeling within the MC, while the MC only has ever felt 2 main emotions one of them being described has a heavy state of depression he feels no sadness nor has the reason to, but the ML will in some way without meaning to change him.
Due to his heavy state of depression, that not even he knew was depression he was seen as a psychopath but the lack of emotions he felt was actually due to a heavy depression, which was different in his cause thus the reason no one understood.
