A Kyrano's Journey

"I know this isn't what you want, Kayo," her mother said gently, hands folded as if bracing for impact. "But this is an opportunity for all of us. Including you. You'll find new friends, Kayo. New places to grow."

Her voice trembled slightly, but she kept her gaze firm. The familiar walls of her bedroom - cluttered, imperfect, hers: already looked like a memory. "But I liked who I was here," she murmured, almost to herself.

Kayo Kyrano had lived her life normally in her hometown. Normally, that is, until her parents dropped the unfortunate news that they would be moving away. To her surprise, however, a message from an old friend said something along the lines of "rebuilding the team" and "crashing into the moon". Kayo has great potential. But the way she uses that potential could change her perspective entirely.

Note: This fanfiction is based from 'Thunderbirds are Go!', and most characters in the story belong to it. All rights of those characters go to the creators and producers of the show. I have the rights of the character Alex and the setting Akinad.
