Starfire, once fighting along side the Autobots in the early stages of the war, serving under Optimus Prime's command. When one mission to infiltrate the Decepticon capital of cybertron, Kaon failed. She soon became a prisoner of war, her scouting team murdered in front of her. Once being held for information she now found herself in a more evil plan than just torture for Autobot locations finding herself in the warlords clutches.

Transformers: The Emberspark
It was the last days of the devastating War of Cybertron. The planet was dying, unable to sustain its inhabitants much longer. The noble Autobots, with no other options left, seeks to activate The Ark to evacuate the Autobots from their dying home in search for a new planet to regroup. Ashbreaker, an inventor, initially wants nothing to do with the war, wanting to live a life with her inventor friends away from the Autobots and the Decepticons. However, that all changed when the infamous Decepticon Justice Division attacked her lab, slaughtering all of her friends in gruesome ways. Ashbreaker was the sole survivor of the carnage, broken and left for dead, until she was rescued by Autobot medics. Now left with nothing but her hatred for the DJD, she joins the Autobots with only a single purpose in mind: to scrap all the Cons responsible for the deaths of her friends. Meanwhile, she joins an Autobot black ops squad known as the Emberspark, with the members have nothing left to lose and a mission: secure the codes required to activate the Ark, with them serving as the last hope for the Autobots and all of Cybertron. The war has ended, leaving Megatron as a prisoner and Optimus as the new leader of Cybertron. Unwilling to execute Megatron for hate of killing yet another mech, Optimus devises a plan to hopefully change Megatron for the better. But there are always flaws with even the best of plans, so the Prime must take the good with the bad as he tries to show Megatron that even he can feel happiness.
