WICKED may have fallen, but its shadow still lives.
In a remote facility buried beneath the ruins of a broken world, remnants of the organization begin to stir. Not with people - but with code. Protocols. Artificial minds with one final mission: control the cure, and those who carry it.
As strange voices echo through forgotten corridors, a long-lost girl awakens in silence. The war never ended - it simply changed form.
This is a sequel to the Maze Runner's Death Cure. It is meant to be canon to the series and pick up after the Death Cure

What if?
What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...)
