After capturing an enemy nation's spy, Sylvia Vera, a fringe member of the powerful Emperial Army, is finally assigned a mission to deliver a letter to another city with her friends Rowan, Violet, and Jake. On the way there, however, they come across two siblings from the Alaudian Empire- the same nation that was spying on them. They claim their nation has been framed by another enemy nation, the Anterrans, and that the spy they captured was not one of theirs.
