After being struck by a white truck, Carl Morrison, a 24-year-old salaryman, had been pronounced dead in his world. Then he reached out to him to be one of them and and became Carlos's mentor to control the King Wendigo so that he would not cause evil, but use it to save people. After 6 years as a Paranormal investigator, his mentor lost contact with him and everyone else after making a trip to Kouh, Japan to investigate a possible Paranormal appearance. Without thinking twice, Carlos traveled to Kuoh with the mission of finding his mentor and ensuring his safety. Unaware that he would be on the border of the three worlds: Natural, Supernatural and Paranormal.
