After Gardenview anonymously shut down, the Toons were left behind by their caretakers, forced to stay inside their once happy home forever. As though things couldn't get any worse, Dandy is seen fighting his own demons as he tries to forget all painful memories that constantly tug at his mind.
Once he finally snaps, all Mains must work together to stop his dark reign and bring back what was once their chirpy friend. But how can they do that when Dandy continues to hold back? Does he even want to go back to how things were?
All Mains seem to have some sort of resistance to this powerful substance, known as 'Ichor'. However, regular Toons unfortunately cannot withstand it, eventually leading to bigger problems once it gets too overwhelming...

This fanfiction is mostly centered around Sprout and Cosmo/Twisted Cosmo (slight Fruitcake if you want to see it like that.) But other characters will also have their place in this fanfiction.

Beyond the abandoned walls of Gardenview the toons live a life of danger in the midst of the ichor infection, they have yet to know what's to come for each of them, it's up to Astro to get to Dandy and stop this madness once and for all, will they all succeed or will they all get twisted by the ichor? Welcome to Gardenview Education Center and Museum! Most of the lights are off and the toons are back in their rooms, resting from a hard day of gathering tapes and working on extraction machines. Yet for one purple music box toon the night shift has just barely begun. This story is a Dandy's World AU. The character's personalities and physical appearances can and will differ from their canon counterparts. Just be sure not to get too attached to these toons. The 'Toons', also known as the Center's greatest attraction were cute and friendly cartoony characters that were there to entertain and bring joy to the children who visited the Center. Unfortunately, the GardenView Center shut down in 2002, due to lack of safety allegations. And since the place shut down, GardenView has changed for the worst. Dandy, the Star of the Show, has done something horrible to his fellow Toons. He has infected all of them with a black substance called Ichor. Ichor, however, was highly toxic for humans, but not for Toons. Toons had Ichor already in their systems, but an overdose of the substance would cause them to transform into ferocious beasts, always looking for Toons to kill. One by one, each of the beloved characters went missing, each of them last being seen going under the Center, never to be seen again.. Your loneliness has finally gotten up to you, and you can no longer handle it. And so you, the newest member of the GardenView Crew, has decided to go under the center, in search of your missing friends. But little did you know, there's tons of dark secrets and an untold truth, of the GardenView Center. Will you make it out alive on this treacherous adventure? (All of these Characters are not mine. (REWRITING) Loose Strings (Dandy's World AU)
Hello! I am sprinklutzzz, and you are reading my OLD, BAD fanfic on the Roblox game, Dandy's World. This is a description on what this is about and a list of things to note as you read. So, let's dive in! Loose Strings, previously called The Ichor Operation (28/4/2025 - 23/10/2025), is similar to what Dandy's World is about: Toons are trapped in the Gardenview Education Center and Museum, which has closed on June 29th, 2002 due to allegations, lack of safety regulations, and a malfunction occuring. Now, they must survive with what they have, while doing machines to keep themselves alive. (This is why I think machines are done. Yes, I changed it.) Be careful though, don't touch the mysterious black substance called Ichor, or it'll turn you Twisted & thirsty for more. You wouldn't want to hurt your friends, right? (So much.. cringe.... *SOB* ｡°(°¯᷄◠¯᷅°)°｡) Things to note: " " = Someone is talking. ' " = Someone is thinking & saying something at the same time. ' ' = Someone is thinking. " ' ' " = Something is quoted. ' " " ' = Someone is signing something. I started writing this fanfic on April 28th, 2025 on Grammarly. I try to keep a high readability score + have good grammar, but there are some mistakes! Let me know if you see any! I've also used words to replace the word "said" from a website since I get sick of using "said" a lot!
