In the quiet shadows of fate, two cursed souls begin their story.
The chapter opens with Mizuki Aira(水樹 あいら), a Japanese girl who recently moved to Korea with her family. Her life in Japan was filled with pain-bullied for her unusual beautiful eyes and eerie presence. But even here in Korea, she hides behind her loneliness, haunted by the curse she's carried since birth: anyone who falls in love with her either dies or suffers a serious accident. She's learned to stay distant, knowing affection is dangerous.
Meanwhile, Park Hyunwoo (박현우), a wealthy but isolated Korean boy, lives a life of cold luxury. He, too, bears a curse: anyone or anything he falls in love with will eventually die. of this, he's never let anyone in-not friends, not family, not even pets. Love, for him, is a sentence.
Their paths cross at school-both drawn to each other by a force they don't understand. theres a quiet tension in their first meeting, a flicker of connection... And danger. Neither speak of their curse, but they both feel something stirring.
