Yoshiki and Hikaru were inseparable - childhood friends who ran through rice fields, dared each other into haunted shrines, and dreamed of escaping their small village together someday.
But one summer, Hikaru vanished into the forest... and something else came back wearing his face.

Now, the boy Yoshiki once loved has returned - smiling the same way, saying all the right things, remembering secrets only Hikaru could know. But his eyes are too dark. His touch too cold. And sometimes, when he thinks Yoshiki isn't looking... he forgets how to be human.

Caught between grief and longing, fear and love, Yoshiki must decide:
