this is the remake of lies!! some details that i feel like i messed up or topics i didn't handle well will be remastered or removed. i recommend throwing out most of the canon and viewing this as if it were a different story with similar themes & characters, since things will be different!! also, i will be writing them as humanoids instead of full-on algebraliens in this. -------------------- 55 doesn't have the best life. in their 40s, stuck working a dangerous job as a hitman to support their adopted son A and much younger sibling 17 in a war-struck US, things could be much better.
