Amid the war, Elizabeth Potter is starting her sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where she is a Gryffindor Prefect. When school rules change, and require that Prefects must be grouped with those from other houses, Elizabeth is paired with none other than Regulus Black.
