Mia Mendoza is Steven's ex girlfriend, and dated him for two years. Mia takes relationships seriously. Loyalty, too. After Steven breaks up with her with zero warning, her and her sister start stalking his socials again to see if a girl was involved.

With a plan for revenge, Mia travels to Pennsylvania, pretending to be his lovesick ex who wants him back. Meanwhile, Steven isn't sure whether to be scared, or dreadful of Mia's return. Laurel is just happy to be focusing on something else besides her daughter's wedding in Cousins.

But what happens when Mia starts falling for Steven again; and hard? And vice versa for Steven, who's struggling with his feelings for Taylor, and evolving feelings for his ex.

𝐀/𝐍: side note, that yes, Maya's character is supposed to be based off of Steven's actual girlfriend mentioned (but 𝐍𝐎𝐓 shown in s3) just thought it would be a fun idea to expand on that as a storyline!
