Ceres trains every day to one day reclaim what the fall of Radiant Garden stole from him, while trying to find clues to what else he is missing from his memories. That all comes to a pause when he runs into an old friend, the boy he somewhat remembers, Imran. Imran's appearance is unexpected. However, all is not as it seems when he shows. Imran changed too much for Ceres to even recognize him. To Ceres, he acts strangely, seemingly afraid of everything, physical contact makes him flinch, he doesn't like to have conversations for too long, everything about Imran is a complete mystery to Ceres. Despite that, Ceres still tries to understand him. That attempt to understand Imran comes with a price however as he learns the truth about why his friend changed and the extent to Imran's abilities, along with how much power he holds. This journey isn't just shared by the two boy's but by others as well. The journey also belongs to Islanders named Sora, Riku, Kairi, Lake, Sarah, Azure, Malory and Ivone. Lake, Sarah and Azure are friends drifted apart by the past. While Lake refuses to talk about the past, Sarah and Azure push to at least bring up parts, despite Lake's persistence to make them stop. Lake's own memories are stirred however when her group runs into a girl by the name of Valley, Lake's sister. Ceres and his allies have to deal with Maleficent while also dealing with her son and Riku's betrayal, all while trying to save Kairi, may this journey be a safe one...or not.
