Red Flame

What seemed a normal day at the bottom of the popularity ranking, being pushed away from everything, trying to see light in a dark room, constantly, that people think you're nothing, that your personality only has the word in its vocabulary, smartypanths when one day something horrible happened. I looked at him, the boy who ruined our lives since the first day, the boy who was the king of this school.

I looked at up at him as my heart started to beat faster as my eyes couldn't drop away. His movements with the ball were so precise and perfect. Then his gaze drops at me and smiles. My face went hot as he takes a hand through his reddish hair. but then his smile disappears as he runs away with the ball.

No, this couldn't be happing. From all the boys it had to be him. The one person that tries to make my life miserable. Because that's what he does. That's what popular guys do. But it still had to be him the one person I cannot reach. I had to fall for him.

It has to be an Ilusion, a trick of my mind I repeat, as the red flame in my heart grew stronger.
