When sixteen-year-old Cecilia leaves Germany for a year abroad in the rainy town of Forks, she hopes for adventure, new friends, and a fun year. But things do not go as planned. After an accident, she lands in the ER of the local hospital - and in the care of Dr. Carlisle Cullen. Kind, calm, and attentive in a way no one else has been, he senses something isn't right and starts to uncover what others have overlooked. She has not imagined how this encounter would change her stay in the US.
I originally wrote this story in German and finally found the time (and motivation) to translate it into English. Hope it sounds okay to native speakers!
