Jessica and Cole are completely alike in more ways than they know. 

For the two teens, they face every day life with anxiety and depression. They don't know when their next happy day is going to come, but they also know that with every happy day comes something else that's going to bring them down. 

In their journey to fight the odds and find ways to cope better with life, they write about their days in a journal. Their stories are told in the style of journal entries.

Jessica and Cole will find love, feel heartbreak, come to terms with some things, and also find out a secret about the two of them that will bring them together.
