Then, before the little fish could realize what was happening to it, a massive bolt of lightning burst from the clouds above and struck it directly. The landscape was overtaken by a wave of blue light, and smoke rose from the lake's surface in a spiral. Rain finally came, thick and heavy, and lightning kept falling into the forest, flooding it with its booming strikes. Where was the little fish?

It was a dark, windy night. A storm was coming in, and it was beginning to rain.Daniel gripped his left arm. Blood dripped from it, and mixed with the puddles on the ground. The knife in his arm needed to be removed, or else it would become infected,and that meant even more pain. Daniel fell against a tree with a soft "thud". He grabbed the handle of the knife, and ripped it out of his arm, the blood glistening in the moonlight. What would he do now? Where would he go? These were the words that were racing through Daniel's mind. It's just hard to believe that this all started only three days ago...
