I asked reaching out to inspect his face. He winced at the contact and that's when I noticed his jaw had swollen slightly. "I... I'm hungry." He said with a mischievous grin. When I looked at him dead in the eye he winked at me.

I only ever met one man I'd call truly noble. He was a man who was misunderstood and worthy of the world, yet everyone saw him differently. That was until I saw his true colours.
