Harley Oaks wants to live life without regrets. She wants to be happy no matter what and doesn't want to let things she wish she would have done torment her for the rest or her life. Her life without regret policy is tested out when she confesses to Zach O'Connell about the crush she used to have on him. She means for it to be just some flimsy information but Zach sees this as a challenge. Suddenly Harley is thrown into a sea of resurfacing feelings and strong friendship. All seems good until the real truth comes out, threatening to ruin everything.
